Document Description
The proposed project would provide direction for land use to ensure future implementation of community goals as included within the plan. The project includes a General Plan Land Use amendment and parallel zoning reclassification for consistency, which would change the designated land uses to achieve mixed-uses. The goal of the project is to promote the continued economic development of downtown Los Banos by planning for commercial opportunities, multi-family residences, community space, recreational amenities and overall mixed-use development. Such improvements would increase the attractiveness and utility of downtown and provide interconnected access through the City's core.
