Document Description
The proposed project is a Conditional Use Permit to establish a lumber yard with a 2,160 sf administrative building, a 1,480 sf outbuilding, a 15,000 sf storage shed, and a 7,500 sf shed for the purposes of mill work, on 15.75 acres. The project is located at the intersection of Holly Street and Agua Mansa Road, which provides access to the site and are County maintained roads. The project site is in the unincorporated portion of the County of San Bernardino in the Agua Mansa Planning Area. The project is also in the community of Bloomington and within the City of Colton Sphere of Influence. The County General Plan designates the project site as Agua Mansa Specific Plan / Medium Industrial & High Industrial, with an Improvement Level One.
