Document Description
The proposed project includes the demolition of existing office buildings onsite, and development of a new 160,703 square foot high school and 100,140 square foot middle school. The high school (grades 9 through 12) would provide 60 classrooms with 1,620 seats, and the middle school (grades 6 through 8) would provide 39 classrooms with 1,053 seats. In addition to the proposed classrooms the project design includes administrative offices, libraries, cafeterias, multipurpose rooms, and gymnasiums for each school. Both schools would operate independently but would be on the same property. Adjacent to Francis Polytechnic High School, State Route 170, Roscoe Boulevard, and former Sheldon - Arieta Landfill.
