Update and amend the Yucaipa General Plan to incorporate current demographic and land use data wherever appropriate. The General Plan's original goals remain unchanged. Overall, the total number of dwelling units at build-out will be reduced from 26,171 to 25,456 (2.7%). Total project area will increase from 17,700 acres to 17,839 acres.
