Document Description
Conditional Use Permit, Zone Variance (from 30' height limitation and density transfer), Parcel Map, Merger and Re-subdivision, and Revocable Permit. The project will occur in 3 phases and will include the remodeling of existing housing uses for faculty and staff as well as the construction of new buildings for the establishment and operation of a PK-12 college preparatory school, schools and programs for the learning disabled, and collaborative educational programs and projects. In addition to clearance required under California Environmental Quality Act, the project will also require clearance under the National Environmental Policy Act performed by the United States Navy.
