Document Description
Hon Development & Area "O" Partners is proposing to create four residential lots for the future development of custom homes generally located along a prominent undeveloped ridgeline. Two open space lots and a private street are also proposed. Project implementation will necessitate grading activities that will encompass the excavation of approximately 40,000 cubic yards of earth material; however, grading activities will be balanced on-site and will not require either the import or export of earth materials. Project implementation will necessitate the approval of the following discretionary actions by the City of Laguna Niguel: Tentative Tract Map No. 16512, Site Development Plan (SP 03-90:), General Plan Amendment (GPA 03-02), Zone Change (ZC 03-01), South Laguna Specific Plan/Local Coastal Plan Amendment (LCPA 03-01), and Coastal Development Permit (CDP 03-03P).
