ST/WRF Site: Agriculture / AE-20 / Agriculture (Fresno County GP), Business Campus (Clovis GP and Southeast Urban Center Specific Plan
The City intends to construct and operate a sewage treatment/water reuse facility (ST/WRF) that will provide an alternative solution to its current wastewater treatment services capabilities. The overall ST/WRF program will entail the following activities.
