Document Description
An Initial Study for the proposed project has been prepared. It was determined by the Lead Agency that the proposed action will not result in significant impacts if mitigation measures are implemented. Site work will include relocating the man-made irrigation canal presently on the site, road (Avenue One) improvements, connections to existing utilities over 3,000 ft. from the property, and other site improvements. The new school would have an eventual capacity of 600 to 650 students and 30 to 35 teachers and staff. It is anticipated that the school would open for the 2006 school year.
