Document Description
The Housing Element is a planning tool for use by citizens and public officials in understanding and meeting the housing needs in Mendota. It addresses existing and future housing needs of all types for persons of all economic groups in the City and is one of the seven required elements in a General Plan. State law requires the Housing Element be updated every five years. teh 2002-2007 Mendota Housing Element was adopted on july 12, 2004. The Hosuing Element is a policy level document.
