The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-RIV-38597-R6 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant as represented by Paul Onufer. The Project description only includes Project activities that will occur within areas subject to Fish and Game Code §1602. The Project consists of conducting geotechnical investigations for future Robert’s Road Bridge, involving ten exploratory boring with the aid of a mounted drill rig, the holes will be filled with Native materials and bentonite.
