Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0055-R6 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Brent Caldwell, VP, Inland Empire Division of SunCal Companies. For Phase 1 of the Summerwind Ranch, the Operator is proposing to develop approximately 303.6 acres into a residential development of 673 lots and supporting infrastructure. As proposed the project will permanently impact 0.267 of vegetated intermittent streambed habitat and 1.26 acres of vegetated ephemeral streambed habitat.
