Document Description
The proposed project will amend the City of Calimesa SP1, revising the distribution, extent and/or residential density and the amount, type and distribution of non-residential land within the/for the central portions of Oak Valley SP1, commonly known as the Oak Valley Core. The revision reflects the changes to the Oak Valley Core as a result of lands that were previously designed for development and have been purchased by the Riverside Land Conservancy for permanent open space, as well as other option lands that may be designated as permanent open space. However, in the event that the open space option is not exercised, the underlying development designations will remain open space.
