Document Description
A proposal by San Luis Obispo County Public Works Department to replace the existing two-span, timber mat Turri Road Bridge over Warden Creek with a single span, cast-in place, reinforced concrete slab bridge. The existing bridge, constructed in 1951, is functionally obsolete and a threat to public safety. Major components of the project include removing and replacing the existing bridge, constructing and removing a temporary 20-foot wide gravel-surfaced traffic detour, creek bank stablization, and restoring creek banks disturbed during construction to preconstruction condition.
