The annexation Scenario includes the annexation of the development from the City of San Diego to the City of Santee. The Annexation Scenario includes 430 units (283 detached single-family and 147 single-family detached clustered units), a 4-acre public park, 0.64 acre of pocket parks, 94.92 acres of open space, a multi-use trail, and infrastructure improvements. Under the No. Annexation Scenario, the site would remain in the City of San Diego's jurisdiction.
