The Annexation Scenario includes 430 units (283 detached single-family and 147 single-family detached clustered units), a 4-acre public park, 0.64 acre of pocket parks, 94.92 acres of open space, a multi-use trail, and infrastructure improvements. Under the No. Annexation Scenario, the site would remain in the City of San Diego's jurisdiction. The No Annexation Scenario includes 422 units (282 detached single-family and 140 single-family detached clustered units), a 4-acre public park, 0.5 acre of pocket parks, 94.73 acres of open space, a multi-use trail, and infrastructure improvements.
