The 2010 MTP is a multi-model, financially constrained tri-regional transportation plan which expresses the current state of system planning for the Monterey Bay region. The 2010 MTP contains the programmed project lists and associated policies of the 2010 San Benito County RTP. The Council of San Benito County Governments adopted the 2010 San Benito County RTP on June 17, 2010.
