Document Description
The County of San Bernardino's Mid-Valley Sanitary Landfill has been chosen by the California Energy Commission to be the site of a short-term bioreactor demonstration project consisting of the injection of additional liquid (water, leachate, etc.) into the solid waste mass to facilitate rapid decomposition of waste and generate landfill gas to be used at the electric power generation facility on-site.
