Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to modify the reservoir sump at the Robert A. Skinner Filtration Plant (Skinner Plant). Metropolitan proposes to install a submersible pump at the sump in order to eliminate the seepage of water from Metropolitan's property to an adjacent property. Metropolitan also proposes to excavate a trench extending from a location near the Skinner Plant water quality building to the sump, in order to install an electrical line to provide electricity to the pump and a discharge line to carry pumped seepage water back to the plant.
