Document Description
This contract will furnish spare impellers, diffusers, interstage bushings, wearing rings, wear plates, and templates for the BLH pumps (Units E1, E3, E5, E7, E9, E11 and E13) of the A.D. Edmonston Pumping Plant. The purpose of these spare components is to reduce the refurbishment time of each pump from a minimum of 9 months to 7 months. This will reduce the possibility of on-peak pumping and will increase the reliability and availability of these pumping units to meet the current and future water demand. Beneficiaries are the people of the State of California.
