The purpose of this activity is to establish guidelines to govern the general administration of the California Energy Commission's mandate under Senate Bill 1038 (Stats. 2002, Ch. 515) and Senate Bill 1078 (Stats. 2002, Ch. 516) to certify renewable energy resources that are elgigible to satisfy the State's Renewable Portfolio Standard under SB 1078.
