Document Description
Due to water caused rot, the exterior siding and interior wall surface of an existing park residence will be removed. This work will be accomplished by a lisenced abatement contractor due to the presence of lead paint and low level asbestos. Replacement, including modern style windows, will be accomplished by park staff. The exterior siding will receive faux battens to stimulate board and batten siding.
