Document Description
The project consists of expanding an existing paved parking lot at the Heilbron Mansion (the new headquarters for Capital District) from 20 to 26 vehicle spaces- including one space for ADA accessible parking- and installing fencing to create an enclosed parking compound for six of the stalls for overnight parking. The expansion requires the removal of approximately 1,000 square feet of landscaping to be replaced with asphalt paving. Following paving, the parking lot will be striped with paint to delineate the parking stalls.
