Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide 4.46+/- net acres into five (5) lots for industrial development in the MP zone. Note: The proposed land division will not result in any new uses being permitted on the property that are not otherwise permitted in the MP zone. In addition, the two (2) heritage oak trees on the property (identified as tree #56 and #67 in the arborist report) will not be impacted in the proposed development as shown on the revised tentative map dated November 12, 2003.
