Document Description
The project is limited to one encroachment for aggregate extraction from the channel of the South Fork Eel River for commercial purposes. The Permittee proposes to extract up to 50,000 cubic yards of gravel, with a three year average extraction rate not to exceed 35,000 cubic yards, from the Randall gravel bar. Extracted gravel will be processed at an adjacent gravel processing facility and stored as needed on site.
