Document Description
The project is the rezone of the project site from R-1 to PD, the subdivision of a 8.25 acres into 28 lots ranging in gross size from about 3,200 to 9,500 square feet. The project is adjacent Crow Creek; the site would be accessed via a new bridge crossing the creek. Secondary emergency vehicle access would be provided via the adjacent Veronica Avenue. The subdivision would be served by all necessary infrastructure.
