The Applicant proposes to construct a stormwater outfall for the Westlake Villages residential development. The structure is composed of five 30-inch diameter steel pipes above a water-side 18-inch high by 56-inch long Armorflex mat. The CA DFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0299-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Michael Spanos, Spanos Family Partnership.
