The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2006-0248-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Spanos Family Partnership. This agreement pertains to the Westlake Villages Levee Bike Path Project, which involves construction of a 12-foot wide asphalt concrete bike path with two 2.5 foot wide shoulders, approximately 9600 linear feet in length, on the north bank of Pixley Slough and Disappointment Slough, as described in Notification 1600-2006-0248-R2.
