The project will install one storm water outfall and associated structures that will convey storm water from the Westlake Villages development into Disappointment Slough. The outfall structure includes a cast-in-place concrete headwall, dispersion apron, and Armorflex mats. The headwall will measure approx. 7 feet tall, and will be 15 feet wide by 36-feet long, with side wing walls running from the headwall to the dispersion apron.
