Document Description
The proposed Foundation Bookstore building is a 69,000 ASF/ 86,250 GSF, three story facility that provides retail and foundation offfice space. The first and second floors will provide space for retail sales, as well as, a copy center, administration space, cashier's vault, customer service, loading dock, warehouse and computer storage space. The third floor will house the CSUS Foundation executive administrative offices, marketing services, property management, human resources, grants and contracts and other foundation administrative departments.
