The specific project includes revision to the 2004 Master Plan map to reflect revised student housing building footprint and re-orientation of the soccer field for the College Creek Housing Project, installation of a retaining wall to support the new soccer field alignment, installation of a fire lane to provide required access to the site, and culvert replacement and headwall installation. The proposed changes do not alter the objectives, size, and scope of the Master Plan. The planned Student Housing square footage and beds and the number of parking spaces will not change.
