Document Description
17,000 gross square feet of combined renovation and new construction replacement East Gym, West Gym, and Natatorium. The new construction is a three level concrete and steel building. A Master Plan Final EIR, including this building project, was certified by the Lead Agency, the Board of Trustees, on Nov. 17, 2004. An Addendum has been prepared to address minor changes in the siting and configuration of the building. These were examined in the addendum, and no additional impacts was identified, and no changes to the findings or the mitigation measures approved with the prior certified EIR were found to be necessary.
