Document Description
The proposed project is the annexation and pre-zoning of the 60-acre Milk Farm property, located along the northwest side of I-80 at the Currey Road interchange northwest of I-80. The project also includes a General Plan Amendment and Sphere of Influence amendment. Thirty five acres of the 60-acre site would be designated for highway commercial use and 25 acres would be designated for agricultural use. No specific development plans have been submitted at this time.
