SAA #1600-2003-0289-3 Remove Pierce's Disease (PD) host plants along the Napa River located at Robert Mondavi Vineyards -- Wappo Hill Ranch, 5589 Silverado Trail, Napa, Napa County, and replace them with native riparian species. The area of riparian vegetation on Napa River that will be affected is 13,310 feet in length and an area approximately 16.1 acres. Over the past four years an 8% grapevine decline has been experienced based primarily on Pierce's Disease.
