Document Description
A Notice of Merger to merge APN 111-251-59 APN 111-251-60. Both parcels are currently vacant. A Coastal Development Permit for the development of an eight (8) unit apartment complex on the merged parcel. The total square footage of the apartment complex and attached garages will be approximately 11,000 square feet, with approximately 6,00 square feet of ground coverage. The maximum height of the structure will be approximately 28 feet. A Special Permit is required for Design Review. No trees are proposed to be removed and minimal grading is required for this project. A 1-foot nonvehicular access easement will be conveyed to the County along the Coral Point frontage to permit a ten (10) foot side yard setback. The Resort Improvement District will provide water and sewer services.
