Document Description
The project sponsor requests extension of the existing permit SMP-37 for an additional 20 years (through 2028), plus one additional year for completion of post-closure reclamation. Activities under the proposed permit extension would be similar to the existing operation: mining, production, and sale of aggregate; recycling of construction materials including concrete and asphalt; and operation of an asphalt concrete (AC) plant.
