Document Description
A Parcel Map Subdivision of an approximate 7.5-acre parcel into three parcels of 2.50 and 2.65 acres each. All parcels will be accessed via Drake Hill and Airport Roads and served by on-site water and sewage disposal systems until LAFCO approval to connect to City services. A common detention basin is proposed on resultant Parcel 3 as required by the County Land Use Division. The project also includes a Conditional Use Permit for a ± 41,000 sf mini-storage facility with caretaker's unit.
