Document Description
A Parcel Map Subdivision of an approximately 21,450 sq. ft. parcel into three parcels. Proposed Parcels 1 and 2 will be approximately 5,225 sq. ft. (net) and proposed Parcel 3 will be 8,400 sq. ft. (net). An approximately 240 sq. ft. building and a concrete slab developed across the property lines of proposed Parcel 1 and 2 will be removed as a part of this project. Proposed Parcel 3 is currently being developed with a single-family residence. The project also includes and exception request to the lot frontage requirementin order to allow for the creation of proposed Parcel 3 as a "flag" lot. The McKinleyville Community Services District will provide water and sewer services.
