A portion of the property located at 4 Creek Park Drive has been destabilized due to erosion and slumping of the embankment of Los Trancos Creek caused by an improper outfall structure. The project involves placement of rock rip rap and root wads for approximately 70-feet of the north bank of Los Trancos Creek that has washed away and additional erosion occurring each year.
