The proposed project involves the replacement of an existing pedestrian and horse bridge with a multipurpose bridge and planting of native species to control water runoff and sediment inputs within Devil's Gulch Creek, tributary to Lagunitas Creek, tributary to Tomales Bay, located within Samuel P. Taylor State Park, Lagunitas, in the County of Marin. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0425-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Nancy Scolari / Marin Resource Conservation District.
