CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0208-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, SNk Ltd. LP as represented by Catherine Warfield.
Project includes excavation and removal of a perched and misaligned 15-foot-long, 48-inch diameter corrugated metal pipe and installing a new 30-foot long, 54-inch diameter corrugated metal pipe culvert. The left bank below the culvert will be laid back and the channel upstream of the culvert will also be graded with stable slopes and then revegetated.
