Document Description
The proposed project is a subdivision of 50.61 acres into a 60 lot residential development with lots ranging in size from 6,001 to 11,634 square feet within a 12.41 acre area, a 31.7 acre open space parcel (Lot 61) and two remainder parcels of 3.95 and 2.48 acres (Lots 62 and 63, respectively). The project involves grading and installing improvements and utilities resulting in the disturbance of approximately 13 acres and movement of approximately 30,000 cubic yards of cut and fill. Earthwork is anticipated to balance on-site with equal amounts (15,000 cubic yards) of cut and fill.
