Document Description
The project to remodel an existing vacant concrete tilt-up single story light industrial building for the retail sale of household goods/furniture. The building is approximately 36,480 square feet. There are 130 existing parking spaces on the site and the property requires 117 spaces, based on the parking code. The project proposes to enter into a reciprocal parking agreement with an adjacent property owner to share parking with the adjacent, which will provide an additional 88 parking spaces, if necessary.
