- Document Description
- The current proposal, known as the SunCal project, is a variation of the 201-unit tentative tract map that was considered in the 2006 North Fillmore Specific Plan EIR. The revised tentative tract map would allow for the development of 146 single-family residential units on the same site on which TT 5422 was originally proposed. This represents a 27% reduction in density as compared to TT 5422, the SunCal proposal that was considered in the 2006 North Fillmore Specific Plan EIR. The project would include the development of 1.99 acres of green space on the project site. Lot line adjustments have been made to adhere to the City of Municipal Code.
