Document Description
The Five Bridges Specific Plan would develop 548.4 acres as a master-planned community consisting of residential units, a commercial center, and open space uses. The project includes the development of up to 2,160 residential units, consisting of single-family homes, garden courts, and townhomes. A 51.6-acre commercial area is proposed at the northeast corner of the project site, which would support a variety of commercial, institutional, or light industrial uses such as office, retail, recreational vehicle storage, mini-storage, senior housing, and day care.
