Document Description
The West Los Angeles College Facilities Master Plan proposes the construction of new facilities, renovation of and additions to existing facilities, demolition of several existing buildings, development of a second access road to the campus, development of a new main entry to the campus, parking structures, landscaping, and open space. Implementation of the projects proposed under Master Plan would result in a net increase in building floor space on the campus of approximately 454,000 gross square feet (gsf).
