Document Description
The City of Orange Public Works Department is proposing to add an eastbound through lane on Chapman Avenue from State Route 55 to Malena Street, and a bus turnout on the south side of Chapman Avenue east of Yorba Street. The proposed project would require the acquisition of linear slivers of right-of-way and temporary construction easements from properties along the south side of Chapman Avenue. Affected parcels include Yorba Park, and commercially developed properties east of Yorba Street.
