The project would widen the Erbes Road right-of-way between Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Falmouth Street from 50 to 59 fet and add a center turn lane, bike lanes and sidewalks. A formal equestrian crossing would also be constructed. Acquisition of right-of-way will be required.
