Document Description
NOD for Plot Plan No. 190003 (PPT 190003): The Project consists of a Plot Plan (PPT 190003) to allow for the construction of one warehouse building (Buidling 15) and a detention basin on a 5.78 gross acre site located within Planning Area 5 of the Majestic Freeway Business Center Specific Plan (MFBCSP). Building 15 is proposed at the northwest corner of Commerce Center Drive and Harvill Avenue and would consist of up to 90,279 s.f. of building area. An Addendum to EIR No. 466 was prepared for the Project, which demonstrates that the Project's impacts would be fully within the scope of analysis of EIR No. 466. PPT 190003 and Addendum No. 6 to EIR No. 466 were approved/adopted as part of a Riverside County Director's Hearing on May 4, 2020.
