- The 2041 Facilities Master Plan provides a prioritized program of work incorporating the 2004 LAC Master Plan, the 2020 Unified Master Plan for LAC, and the space and building needs identified to the year 2041. The LBCCD 2041 Facilities Master Plan LAC improvements would result in an estimated increase over the 2020 Unified Master Plan of 15,877 sf of renovation, and 69,564 sf removed, and estimated increase of 30,035 sf of new construction.
