- CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0008-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Applicant/Agency Name. The proposed project includes construction of a FEMA-certified levee on the west bank of the Mojave River. The project would consist of approx. 1,040 linear feet of ungrouted rock rip-rap slope protection with a23.5 foot wide maintenance road at the top.
