Document Description
Discretionary actions for the first phase of development will include Certification of the Program EIR, Master Plan, Local Facilities Management Plan amendment, Master Tentative Map for the East Village, Special Use Permit (Floodplain), and Hillside Development Permit. The proposed Master Plan would provide 1,176 dwelling units (with alternatives allowing up to 1,383 dwelling units) of varying densities. At least 15% of the units are required to be affordable to lower income households to meet the City's inclusionary housing requirements.
